223 Amendment of Transport Operations (Road Use Management—Driver Licensing) Regulation 2010
The amendment of a regulation by the Transport and Other Legislation Amendment
Act 2011 does not affect the power of the Governor in Council to further amend
the regulation or to repeal it.
