TOBACCO PRODUCTS (LICENSING) ACT 1988 - SECT 5

In section 4(4), (6) and (8) and in section 15 the expression sell includes, without limiting its primary meaning—

(a) attempting to sell; or

(b) offering, displaying or exposing for sale; or

(c) with a view to sale—

(i) supplying; or

(ii) transporting; or

(iii) holding.
