Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) A regulation may declare an area that is used, or is proposed to be used, for purposes of the following to be a prescribed transit node—
(a) a busway station;
(b) railway station;
(c) a station for operating a light rail;
(d) another transport facility.
(2) For a declaration under subsection (1), the Minister may have regard to planning documents the Minister considers appropriate in relation to the region or local area within which the prescribed transit node is or is to be located.
