Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) The corporation may engage such consultants and legal and technical advisers as the corporation considers necessary from time to time for enabling the corporation to carry out its duties under this Act.
(2) The corporation may from time to time enter into arrangements with any body or person with respect to any investigation, study or research that, in the opinion of the corporation, is necessary or desirable for the purposes of this Act.
