TOURISM QUEENSLAND ACT 1979 - SECT 6
6 Establishment of Tourism Queensland
(1) Tourism Queensland is established.
(2) Tourism Queensland—
(a) is a
body corporate; and
(b) has a common seal; and
(c) may sue and be sued in
its corporate name.
