Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) Until a seized thing is forfeited or returned, an inspector must allow a person who would be entitled to the seized thing, if it were not in the inspector's possession, to inspect it and, if it is a document, to take extracts from it or copy it.
(2) Subsection (1) does not apply if it is impracticable or would be unreasonable to allow the inspection or copying.
