TRANSPORT SECURITY (COUNTER-TERRORISM) ACT 2008 - SECT 6

6 Relationship to other Acts

This Act is in addition to, and does not limit any other Act that makes provision for the safety of the public, including, for example, the following Acts—

(a) Work Health and Safety Act 2011;
(b) Disaster Management Act 2003;
(c) Police Powers and Responsibilities Act 2000;
(d) Public Safety Preservation Act 1986;
(e) State Transport Act 1938.
