Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) This section applies if the lessee under a residential lease has not, under section 120, applied for renewal of the lease at least 1 year before the term of the lease ends.
(2) The lessor must, as soon as practicable, give the lessee written notice stating—
(a) the day the term of the lease ends; and
(b) that the lessee may apply under this subdivision for renewal of the lease and how the lessee may apply.
