Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) A driver's certificate or assistant's certificate is granted for the term, stated in the written notice given under section 15 for the certificate, of not longer than 5 years.
(2) However, a driver's certificate or assistant's certificate may be renewed for successive terms of not longer than 5 years.
