Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) The authority must, as soon as practicable after complying with section 27 and 28, make the development scheme (the submitted scheme) and give it to the Minister.
(2) The submitted scheme must be accompanied by a report that—
(a) summarises the submissions considered by the authority; and
(b) is about—
(i) the merits of the submissions; and
(ii) to what extent the proposed development scheme was amended to reflect the submissions.
