URBAN LAND DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY ACT 2007 - SECT 79
79 Restriction on particular land covenants
A covenant under the Land Title Act 1994 or the Land Act 1994 for land in an
urban development area is of no effect to the extent the covenant is
inconsistent with the development scheme for the area.
