UNIVERSITY OF QUEENSLAND ACT 1998 - SECT 72

(1) This section applies to the following statutes—

* University of Queensland Statute No. 5 (Awards) 1999

* University of Queensland Statute No. 6 (Fees) 1999

(2) Despite the Statutory Instruments Act 1992, section 54, each statute—

(a) is taken not to have expired on 1 September 2009; and

(b) expires on 1 September 2010 unless it is repealed before that day.
