Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated ActsAny contracts entered into by or on behalf of a former corporation and all guarantees, undertakings and securities given by or on behalf of or to a former corporation, in force immediately before the commencing day are taken to have been entered into or given by or to the continuing corporation for the former corporation and may be enforced against or by the continuing corporation accordingly.
