Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) This section applies to the person who, immediately before the commencing day, held office as the president of the student association.
(2) On the commencing day, the person is taken to hold office as president of the student guild until the end of the person's term of office or earlier vacating office.
