Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) An area management plan consisting of an approved draft plan remains in force until the end of the plan period for the plan.
(2) An area management plan consisting of an accredited existing planning document remains in force until the first of the following happens—
(a) the end of 10 years after the accreditation;
(b) the existing planning document stops being in force.
