Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) This section applies for a vegetation clearing application that is for a relevant purpose under section 22A if the chief executive is a concurrence agency for the application.
(2) Before an appeal may be made in relation to the application, the applicant must make representations under the Planning Act, section 320 about the matter being appealed.
