Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) The Minister may establish regional vegetation management committees to advise the Minister about vegetation management.
(2) The Minister may decide—
(a) the functions or terms of reference of a committee; and
(b) the membership of a committee; and
(c) how a committee is to operate.
(3) A committee member is entitled to be paid the fees and allowances decided by the Governor in Council.
