VEGETATION MANAGEMENT ACT 1999 - SECT 8

Vegetation is a native tree or plant other than the following—

(a) grass or non-woody herbage;

(b) a plant within a grassland regional ecosystem prescribed under a regulation;

(c) a mangrove.
