Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) A government entity is to give a victim timely information about the following--
(a) available welfare, health, counselling, medical and legal help;
(b) financial assistance, compensation and restitution entitlements;
(c) any other relevant support services available.
(2) Subsection (1) applies only--
(a) to the extent giving the information is relevant to the entity's functions; or
(b) if it is otherwise reasonable and practicable for the entity to give the information.
