VICTIMS OF CRIME ASSISTANCE ACT 2009 - SECT 89

89 Deciding application

After considering an application for assistance, and any information or documents obtained under this chapter for the application, the government assessor must decide--

(a) to grant the applicant assistance as worked out under this chapter, with or without conditions; or
(b) to refuse the application.
