Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) A victim's personal information, including the victim's address and telephone number, held by a government entity is not to be disclosed to a person other than as authorised under an Act or law.
(2) In this section--
victim includes a person who has suffered harm as a direct result of witnessing a crime committed against someone else.
