Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) If the board removes a specialist retail valuer's name from the register, the board must also remove the person's name from the list of specialist retail valuers.
(2) The person ceases to be a specialist retail valuer on removal of the person's name from the list.
