VALUERS REGISTRATION ACT 1992 - SECT 42GD

42GD Waiver of fee

The board may waive payment of the whole or part of a fee payable under section 42B(2), 42FA(a) or 42GB(4) if the board considers it reasonable in the circumstances to do so.
