Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) This section applies if, immediately before the commencement, a charge had been laid by an investigator against a registered valuer under previous section 50(1), but no committee had been appointed under previous section 50(3).
(2) From the commencement, the charge ceases to have effect.
(3) Subsection (2) does not limit the board's powers to take action under section 50(2).
(4) In this section--
commencement means the commencement of this section.
previous, if followed by a provision number, means the provision of that number in force before the commencement.
