Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) A person who possesses or uses a weapon in performing duties as an employed security guard must, as prescribed by regulation, record information about the possession or use in the security organisation register kept by the security guard's security organisation.
Maximum penalty—10 penalty units.
(2) A regulation may specify the type of information that must be recorded and the time it must be recorded.
(3) In this section—
employed security guard means a person who is employed as a security guard by a security organisation.
