WEAPONS ACT 1990 - SECT 48

48 Surrender of permit to acquire

(1) A licensee may surrender a permit to acquire by—

(a) giving written notice of surrender; and
(b) surrendering the permit to acquire.

(2) The notice must be given and the permit to acquire surrendered to an authorised officer or officer in charge of police.
