WAGERING ACT 1998 - SECT 16

16 Application for race wagering licence

(1) An application for a race wagering licence may only be made by a corporation.

(2) During the exclusivity period for a race wagering licence, an application for a race wagering licence may be made only by UNiTAB or a UNiTAB subsidiary.
