Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) On receiving a copy of the audit report, the chief executive may, by written notice given to the authority operator, require the operator to give the chief executive further information about a matter relating to the operations of the operator mentioned in the audit report.
(2) An authority operator must comply with a requirement under subsection (1) within the time stated in the notice, unless the operator has a reasonable excuse.
Maximum penalty for subsection (2)--40 penalty units.
