Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) The Minister may, by written notice given to an applicant for a wagering authority, require the applicant to give the Minister further information or a document about the application within the reasonable time stated in the notice.
(2) The requirement must relate to information or a document that is necessary and reasonable to help the Minister decide the application.
