Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) If the Minister decides to grant an application for a wagering authority, the Minister must promptly issue the authority to the applicant.
(2) An oncourse wagering permit may be issued--
(a) for a stated term (not longer than 5 years); or
(b) for a stated race meeting or race meetings.
(3) If the Minister decides to refuse to grant an application for a wagering authority, the Minister must promptly give the applicant written notice of the decision.
