WAGERING ACT 1998 - SECT 339
339 Amendment of regulation by Racing and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2010
The amendment of the Wagering Regulation 1999 by the Racing and Other
Legislation Amendment Act 2010 does not affect the power of the Governor in
Council to further amend the regulation or to repeal it.
