Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) An oncourse wagering permit is a permit authorising the permit holder to conduct oncourse wagering by means of a totalisator by accepting investments placed by persons at a race meeting conducted by the permit holder at a licensed venue.
(2) Subsection (1) applies only to investments that--
(a) are placed by persons at the licensed venue stated in the permit; and
(b) relate to races held at the race meeting conducted by the permit holder.
