Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated ActsA race wagering licence is a licence authorising the race wagering licensee to conduct wagering on an event or contingency that--
(a) is, or relates to, thoroughbred, harness or greyhound racing; and
(b) may be lawfully held in Queensland or elsewhere.
