Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) This section applies if a wagering management agreement is terminated otherwise than because of a direction to terminate the agreement given to the wagering licensee by the Minister.
(2) The wagering licensee must notify the chief executive in writing of the termination within 7 days after the agreement is terminated.
Maximum penalty for subsection (2)--40 penalty units.
