Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) This section applies if the applicant for an oncourse wagering permit or a permit holder is an unincorporated body of persons.
(2) In this Act, a reference to the applicant or permit holder is a reference to each person who is a member of the management committee of the body.
