Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) This section applies only if a resource operations plan has a deferred aspect and the plan has not previously been amended to include provisions about that aspect.
(2) Despite section 105(4), the Governor in Council may approve an amendment of the resource operations plan without sections 95 to 104 applying if the amendment—
(a) is about the deferred aspect; and
(b) is not inconsistent with the water resource plan that the resource operations plan implements.
