Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) Subsection (2) applies to a decision or action mentioned in section 851(1) that is the giving of a compliance notice, if the notice was given before the commencement of this section.
(2) The following sections apply to the decision or action as if amendments to the sections, effected by the Water and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2003, had not commenced—
* section 864(4)(b)
* section 865(1)
* section 877(1).
