Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) This section applies to interest on a fee or charge under this Act remaining unpaid immediately before the commencement of this section.
(2) On the commencement, the interest becomes the late fee for the purposes of section 1013A(2) as in force on the commencement.
