Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) The holder of a resource operations licence or a distribution operations licence may apply to the chief executive to transfer the licence or a part of the licence.
(2) The application must be—
(a) made to the chief executive by the transferor in the approved form; and
(b) supported by sufficient information to enable the chief executive to decide the application; and
(c) accompanied by the fee prescribed under a regulation.
