Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) If the chief executive decides to approve the application, the chief executive must, within 30 business days after making the decision—
(a) give the transferor and transferee an information notice about the approval; and
(b) cancel the existing licence and give a new licence to the transferee.
(2) If the application was not to transfer all of a licence, the chief executive must, within 30 business days after making the decision, give the transferor an amended licence for the part not transferred.
(3) The new licence takes effect from the day the notice is given.
