Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) The chief executive may amend the licence without complying with the provisions of this division about amending a licence if the amendment is only to correct a minor error in the licence, or make another change that is not a change of substance.
(2) If the chief executive amends a licence under subsection (1), the chief executive must give the licence holder an amended licence in the approved form.
