Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) If a water licence or permit has been lost or destroyed, the licensee or permittee may apply to the chief executive for a replacement licence or permit.
(2) The application must be—
(a) in writing; and
(b) accompanied by the fee prescribed under a regulation.
(3) If the applicant complies with subsection (2) the chief executive must give the applicant a replacement licence or permit.
