Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) If a water bore driller's licence has been lost or destroyed, the licence holder may apply to the chief executive for a replacement licence.
(2) The application must be—
(a) in writing; and
(b) accompanied by the fee prescribed under a regulation.
(3) If the holder complies with subsection (2) the chief executive must give the holder a replacement licence.
