Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) The chief executive may cancel an operations licence if the chief executive is satisfied the licence should be cancelled.
(2) Section 334 applies to the cancellation—
(a) as if a reference in the section to an amendment of the licence were a reference to the cancellation of the licence; and
(b) with any other necessary changes.
