WATER ACT 2000 - SECT 360

360 Provisions for performance of functions

In performing the commission CEO's functions and exercising the commission CEO's powers, the commission CEO—

(a) must act independently, impartially and in the public interest; and
(b) is not subject to direction by the Minister.
