WATER ACT 2000 - SECT 360ZCZ

(1) The Minister must notify the making of the market rules.

(2) The notice made under subsection (1) is subordinate legislation.

(3) The market rules take effect—

(a) on the day the Minister's notice is notified in the gazette; or

(b) if a later day is stated in the Minister's notice or the market rules—on that day.
