Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) If, after considering all properly made submissions about the draft water resource plan, the Minister is satisfied a further draft water resource plan should be prepared, the Minister must prepare a further plan.
(2) Sections 47 to 49 also apply to the further draft water resource plan.
