599 Composition of board for Gladstone Area Water Board

The board for the Gladstone Area Water Board comprises—

(a) 4 persons nominated by the Gladstone Regional Council; and
(b) 3 persons nominated by the chief executive, 1 of whom must be the board's chairperson.
