Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) A notice, complaint or summons served on the holder of an authorisation for a contravention mentioned in section 812A(1) must be accompanied by written information about the provisions of section 812A.
(2) A statement in a deposition made for the Justices Act 1886, section 56(3)(b) that the notice was served as required by subsection (1) is evidence of the fact.
(3) The Justices Act 1886, section 56(5) applies to the deposition.
