WORKERS' COMPENSATION AND REHABILITATION ACT 2003 - SECT 199
199 Medical and funeral expenses must be paid by insurer
An insurer must pay the reasonable expenses—
(a) of the medical treatment
of, or attendance on, the worker; and
(b) the worker's funeral.
